This Villa is located at the end of a quiet residential cul-de-sac in the resort of Dunas Douradas, between the luxury resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, in central Algarve.
The Villa backs straight onto the pinetrees and therefore affords beautiful views and more privacy – a privilege enjoyed by only a few houses in the resort, which will make your stay a truly relaxing experience. A 5-10 minute walk takes you to nearby Garrao beach, its beach front restaurants and the ocean.
The pinewood surroundings can be enjoyed from the South facing living room, from the deck beside the private pool and BBQ area, or from the first floor balcony window.
The Dunas Douradas resort club house with its pool bar, restaurant, large communal pool, tennis courts and mini market is a one minute walk away.
THE VILLA
This villa is ideal for a family or group of friends wanting to get away from it all without being isolated.
The south-facing exterior receives sun all day long and offers the ideal space for relaxing or dining al fresco. A beautiful new heated pool with an integrated kids section and safety fence**, a sun sail, sun loungers, a dining table, a BBQ and views to the pine trees round off the outdoor experience of the villa.
In the inside, the villa offers an open living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area features a fireplace, cable TV, DVD, portable stereo, bluetooth soundbar speaker, and free WiFi internet access. Sliding doors provide access to the private outside deck and pool.
The ground floor bedroom features twin beds, a wardrobe and sliding doors to the outside. It has its own adjacent luxury refurbished walk-in shower room. The beds can be pushed together to make a double.
The first floor master double bedroom with ensuite full bathroom features a double bed, wardrobe and beautiful views over the pine trees beyond.
Available extras in this villa
Pool heating is available and charged extra at 27 Euros per day. Pool heating requires a minimum 10 days prebooking due to pre-heating requirements.
A pool safety fence can be hired and installed by us for an extra charge of 20 Euros per day. Due to the setup and installation requirements a minimum a three weeks notice is required.
The property is air conditioned throughout. The use of the units is available to guests who require these extra facilities, and carries an extra cost of 22 Euros per day during the summer months of June, July, August and September.
Extra children or babies above normal capacity of 6 guests in 3 bedvillas and 4 guests in 2 bed villas is charged at a cost of 20 EUR per guest / day, independent of age.
