This refurbished Vale do Lobo villa is located right in the heart of the Vale do Lobo resort, a 15-minute walk or 2-minute drive away from the center and various ocean-side restaurants and family facilities.
The Villa is in a privileged location enjoyed by few others: it is set back from the road, and backs straight into the nature reserve, allowing you to enjoy a quiet and private stay at the heart of the resort. The large patio at the back of the villa is perfect for Al-Fresco dining with a BBQ, dining table and sunloungers for relaxing. The patio is not overlooked from a road or walking path, offering privacy. The private pool can be heated , and a kids safety fence can be installed on request.
Additional terraces and a large roof terrace offer even more outdoor space and can be used for sunbathing in privacy.
The tennis center with its many courts, gym, swimming pool, bar and restaurant are at your disposal, only a couple of minutes away from the doorstep and Europe’s finest golf courses of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago are also just around the corner.
THE VILLA
In the inside, the villa offers an open plan living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area features a wood-burning fireplace, cable TV, DVD, bluetooth speaker soundbar and free WiFi internet access. Sliding doors provide access to the private patio and pool.
The ground floor double bedroom features a super kingsize bed of the luxury brand Jenson, a wardrobe and its own adjacent bathroom.
The first floor master double bedroom features a super kingsize bed of the luxury brand Jenson and two large wardrobes. It shares the large family bathroom with the third bedroom, which has two single beds and its own terrace.
Available extras in this villa
Pool heating is available and charged extra at 27 Euros per day. Pool heating requires a minimum 10 days prebooking due to pre-heating requirements.
A pool safety fence can be hired and installed by us for an extra charge of 20 Euros per day. Due to the setup and installation requirements a minimum a three weeks notice is required.
The property is air conditioned throughout. The use of the units is available to guests who require these extra facilities, and carries an extra cost of 22 Euros per day during the summer months of June, July, August and September.
Extra children or babies above normal capacity of 6 guests in 3 bedvillas and 4 guests in 2 bed villas is charged at a cost of 20 EUR per guest / day, independent of age.
