THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The Villa is located in the heart of Vale do Lobo resort, in a quiet setting, and has a lovely little playground a couple of minutes away from the doorstep.
The patio at the back of the villa is perfect for Al-Fresco dining with a dining table and sunloungers for relaxing. The patio is not overlooked from a road or walking path, offering privacy. The private pool can be heated, and a safety gate can be installed on request.
Additional terraces and a large roof terrace with seating offer even more outdoor space and can be used for private sunbathing in privacy.
A 10-15 minute walk takes you to the Vale do Lobo beach, its beachfront restaurants and the ocean.
The Vale do Lobo tennis center (Portugal’s largest tennis center) is a minutes walk away, and offers a gym, swimming pool, a bar and restaurant and of course lots of courts that can booked.
At the Vale do Lobo main clubhouse you will find a restaurant and bar, a gym, spa, shops and other ammenities.
Europe’s finest golf courses of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are just a few minutes drive away, as are a host of additional activities such as horse riding, watersports, go karting, cinema, shopping, bars, restaurants and water parks to name a few.
THE VILLA
In the inside, the villa offers an open plan living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area features a fireplace, cable TV, DVD, bluetooth speaker soundbar and free WiFi internet access. Sliding doors provide access to the private patio and pool.
The ground floor double bedroom features a kingsize bed, a wardrobe and its own adjacent bathroom.
The first floor master double bedroom features a kingsize bed and large wardrobe. It shares the large family bathroom with the third bedroom, which has two single beds and its own terrace.
Available extras in this villa
Pool heating is available and charged extra at 27 Euros per day. Pool heating requires a minimum 10 days prebooking due to pre-heating requirements.
A pool safety fence can be hired and installed by us for an extra charge of 20 Euros per day. Due to the setup and installation requirements a minimum a three weeks notice is required.
The property is air conditioned throughout. The use of the units is available to guests who require these extra facilities, and carries an extra cost of 22 Euros per day during the summer months of June, July, August and September.
Extra children or babies above normal capacity of 6 guests in 3 bedvillas and 4 guests in 2 bed villas is charged at a cost of 20 EUR per guest / day, independent of age.
